When launching, Mauricio was the first to join Ismael in Capicua’s offices. While starting as a designer, he handled different roles, including administration and HR. As the company has grown, he’s been able to move back to his true passion and lead the Design team. In 2022, his team has grown to over ten full-time UX-focused designers. Nicoletti’s previous work experience included companies like TT Logics and PwC. He’s got tremendous professional experience, both in digital and printed design. To name a few, he has worked with huge brands such as The Discovery Channel and Cartoon Network.

Carlos started as a Graphic Designer at Communicare Marketing. Later, he took a giant leap by becoming the Design Team Lead at TCS for PwC. Among his functions, he handled smooth coordination between Design and Brand Management. As a result, he was in charge of ensuring the proper applications of materials on PwC’s way to becoming a global brand. In 2013, Traibel began to work at Capicua as a UI Designer, focusing on US-based projects. Eventually, he transitioned to Project Manager and then into COO. Upon Capicua’s US office opening, led by Ismael Larrosa, Carlos took over as CEO of the venture. In personal terms, Carlos is our business’ point person with staff and clients. He’s incredibly intuitive and infinitely patient. Moreover, he relies on human approaches as a vital element to business success.

With over six years of experience in tech-related HR roles, Rosina joined Larnick SRL in 2020 as a head recruiter. Before Capicua, she worked for ventures such as Prometeo and Oktana Corporation. Once in Capicua, she quickly grew to the HR Management position, now having a whole team in charge. Also, Varela has been instrumental in developing and managing employee satisfaction programs. These instances include handling Business English lessons for all levels among employees and partnerships with renowned academic institutions to update team leaders’ knowledge constantly.

Pablo has vast experience in tech companies abroad in countries like New Zealand and Spain. His portfolio includes businesses of the caliber of Matchmind (SP), Médica Uruguaya (UY), and Vodafone (NZ). Once Larnick SRL transitioned into a software company, his knowledge of large organizations’ management let him lead the tech department. Nowadays, Restuccia is the leader of the development team and partner at Capicua.
